Our Carolina Integrative Medicine Roadmap is a unique approach to help men and women regain their energy, focus and hormone balance naturally so they can live life fully, feeling and looking their best… especially if you’ve already seen lots of doctors.
Men & Women often experience a wide range of hormonal symptoms (even after seeing health experts) because areas that directly impact their hormones are not addressed or often ignored.
We partner with each client to achieve these steps, starting with the Review Phase:

At Carolina Integrative Medicine, your care is led by a functional medicine provider and supported by an integrative team that includes nurse practitioners, health coaches, and an Energy Healer to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
Over the course of 2-12 months, we provide a personalized treatment package (depending on the severity of your situation). Most of our patients experience significant improvements to their wellness within a few weeks of starting to work with our team.
A short 15-minute discovery consult with our patient intake coordinator
Scheduled follow-up visits over the course of 6-24 months, in addition to regular check-ins via phone/video.

Every patient journey at Carolina Integrative Medicine begins with a complimentary discovery call. This brief conversation allows our patient coordinator to answer your questions, review your concerns, and determine whether our approach is the right fit for you.
